Vincents Village is 93 units of senior affordable and supportive housing located in Nanuet, Rockland County. Located on the site of a former orphanage, the development completes the rezoning of the site for 200 units in total.
Rockabill partnered with Sisters of Charity Housing Development Corp. to develop the site, arrange all of the financing and construct the buildings including a community service center.
Financing also included New York State ESSHI operating and services subsidy for 45 units, $7.50M in taxexempt bonds and $14.0M in capital subsidy from NYS HCR, $850k from FHLBNY, $13M constructionfinancing from JP Morgan Chase and $15M in tax credit equity, syndicated through CREA LLC.
